Hate doing bashing but somethings need to be known. Flight crew is amazing but..... the companies policy’s and billing procedures are horrible. Got my EOB stating one 1/2 of the bill was paid the other 1/2 was the discount (in contract). Never received a bill from life flight, BUT did receive a call from a collections company they sent my bill to. Life flight would not speak with me regarding this, I had even sent a certified letter requesting an itemized bill (no response and no bill sent). I had several hundred thousand do... read more
RecommendedNever write reviews, but the amazing care they provided my son last night went above and beyond. Transported my son from Omak to Wenatchee last night. Kept him calm and genuinely cared. Called us as we were driving down to let us know they had arrived safely. Even called the next morning after surgery to check on him. My son even pointed out how well they took care of him. Thank you, we are very fortunate to have these kind of people and services to take care of us in our time of need.

Thank you just doesn't seem adequate. The crew was so comforting to my 8 year old son, the two times in one week he had to be transported from Richland to Portland. There are no words to fully express the gratitude I feel about these amazing men and women who are around to provide such an immeasurable service to our area. We pray we never need them again, but know we are in the best hands if we do.

I don't even know where to begin. I can't even begin to explain what Life Flight means to me and my family. It was on July 29, 2017, almost 1 year ago when my event happened. My event was rare and I am forever grateful to be here today and to write this. The quality of care from my team that saved my life to the compassion of every member of the staff that we have met since my event have been beyond exceptional. Never thought I would have to use them but I'm so glad we had them. Very personable and made a long scary ambulance ride actually enjoyable. Thank you to my two medics!
I want to thank the life flight that took my husband to Spokane for a emergency surgery. The nurse called me on my way to Spokane to tell me my husband was stable and going in for surgery. Thanks so very much. I am so thankful I have a life flight insurance.
