If you are a member- then do the work for your members and get the paperwork needed, if you don't have them, make verbal confirmation or leave freaking detailed voicemail so i know who to call and what you need. Very annoyed at how all this works-

My wife passed away but she got to OHSU a live. Heartache from McMinnville. Hp. 23 years ago sent her home with a pulled muscle in her back. It killed her heart she was 37 years old. Passed away in October. 61. Life flight got her there to hp. But she passed away on the landing. McMinnville hp. Killed my wife 23 years ago An got way with it. 😢💔

Dishonest and deceptive billing. This company will manufacture a reason to deny membership benefits.
For a number of reasons but 1 I work in the ER at Clearwater Valley Hospital and they are my angels when we need them always kind and helpful. From a family point my grandson was taken to St Joes and they were so kind to my daughter and the family and was very good with my grandson. Everyone of them a top notch in my book
