I'm starting to love this gym. I started a couple of months ago and I have to say the trainers are really consistent. The people that attend actually seem to be like a family. They even help you if you don't know something. Overall I have to say I look forward to going when I do.

Did lower body on Monday and It was amazing. I have had personal trainers before and I truly prefer this because you do get trainers that will help you but you are in a group and it really helps to motivate you.
