RecommendedAwesome instructors who will alter any exercise to maximize your workout with any injury. I have a lower back injury (buldging disc) and I was able to do every station with the alterations!!! They're super understanding and will even work with you on your payments, I wouldnt go anywhere else and mad it took so long for me to find them!!

My fiancé and I stumbled into this gym, just to try while we were Groupon hopping. Once the deal ended, we left and tried a couple more gyms; kickboxing and some sad excuse for CrossFit. Disappointed and wanting that feeling back that only life fit could give us, we returned only after 3weeks to sign up as members!!
