My brother reserved this space for a baby shower and paid a deposit in good faith. After that, the owner made changes to the original agreement, which led my brother to cancel the event. There was no contract or document signed stating that the deposit was non-refundable. Despite this, the owner refused to return the deposit. This is extremely unfair. Juanita Wade has stolen money from me. We sent her over 95% of our payment, she changed our agreed time frame on our paperwork without our consent or communicating the change to me….which we did not sign and asked for a refund due to lack of accountability and professionalism. My experience with this business was awful. Unprofessional, dishonest, rude, and sketchy. It seemed like they were money hungry for any little detail. They asked for cleaning fee, but yet asks us to take our own trash out to a separate dumpster, stack their chairs, load their dishes… isn’t that apart of the 200$ cleaning fee????? All they would b doing is sweeping and moping. No thank you. Not for 200$.
This place is a complete scam! Juanita Wade is a ruthless lying thief! She is so unprofessional! She made me pay her 50% of the down payment upfront and when we seen she started making up her own rules to a contract we never even seen or signed we wanted a refund not only that but she has a very nasty disgusting attitude !!
