Life EMS transports to the senior living community that I work at all the time. They are always kind to our residents and staff. I had a particular interaction with EMT Jeremiah B that was fantastic. He went above and beyond for a resident, transferring home to us from the hospital. His approach was as person centered as it gets; he was genuine, kind, caring, and grateful to be able to serve his community and seniors.
The driver of 659 cared more about their phone and not the rules of the road. Going 35 in a 50 because of them being on their phone. Highly unprofessional.
We are highly unsatisfied with their services!! I was in an extreme amount of pain, they were not urgent at all with meeting up with us in a local parking lot! When my husband approached one of the EMTs to ask how much longer it was going to be before we left to go to the hospital, (since I was in so much pain), the EMT responded with "What's up?"
