I needed to start therapy again and tried to establish care. I saw a therapist intern which is fine, she was very nice. However, they ended up charging me $150 for the session. The office coordinator was not able to tell me how much the first or future sessions were until the insurance company filed a claim. I was told via email how much it was by a receipt where my card on file was already charged. I had been asking for the amount due so I could schedule another appointment. I will not be going back.
