It's a mix bag. Dr. Huggins and Madison, the Hygienist, were Super! They nearly convinced me to become a regular patient. When I arrived for my follow-up appointment the office staff refused to honor the appointment time under the pretext that the appointment they set-up wasn't confirmed. To be fair, they did try to convince me to reschedule. I didn't want to be there anyway. I declined to reschedule. Mark
Chastity Martin, RDH was an amazing hygienist for my first time visit. She was very nice, patient and informative with every step taken. Plus she has a smile that will lift spirits and lighten up any room! She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I will definitely continue my visits at Bright Smiles!
Had a great visit today. It was fast and efficient. I just love Dr. Petters. She has always been gentle and very informative about what is going on. This is a great attribute since I’m terrified of the dentist. Been with Dr Goins for over 20 years and have always been pleased. Forest Lake Dental has continued with the excellent care that I have always received. I would highly recommend this office to everyone.
Life Dental was highly recommended to me as a great fanily-oriented dentist office. Kylee was amazing and so professional. She was an absolute sweetheart with my daughter. Thank you Kylee!!!
Please avoid them at all costs!!!! I saw Dr. James at their Huntsville location on July 9th for a potential root canal. They had explained to me that I most likely needed a root canal and crown, but that if the cavity was not too close to the pulp i would not need the root canal. So after Dr. James had drilled away at my tooth, he declared it did not need a root canal and that he would just prep it for a crown. He prepped it and I was set with a temporary crown and scheduled to come back July 29th for my permanent to be ceme... read more
