Dr. Mooreland unfortunately dropped my care when I was 30 weeks pregnant. She did not give me a 30 day notice, only an email that said “effective immediately.” When I called the practice, no one would answer my calls, nor were my emails returned. No explanation was ever provided, nor a refund for the month she dropped me where no services were provided. I truly appreciate the care I receive at Life Cycle DPC. The transparency, advocacy, and genuine concern for my health have made such a difference. Every concern of mine is listened to, and Dr. Mooreland takes the time to work with me in finding the root cause of my symptoms instead of just treating the surface. It feels good to finally have a provider who partners with me and makes me feel heard and supported.
By far the best experience in the medical field. I feel really at ease and know that I’m getting superior care. I am super empowered to make my own decisions for my body and health based off the knowledge that Dr. Mooreland provides. I appreciate not feeling like a number but a person.
