Abysmal billing practice that traps you in a cycle where they claim missing payments even if said payments are cleared on your own bank statement. Left me MORE stressed 2 years later, negating any "service" rendered. Take your healing elsewhere!
When I called to make an appointment, they should’ve said they were full and had a pre interview before I waste an entire day and spend money on the appointment to be told that they are full. They made no effort to contact me at any point for almost an entire year after this appointment. Mary Evans is the most uncaring joke of a counselor. This place is so ghetto she had to photocopy her business card, Hahahaha. Trust me, don’t waste your time.
If I could give no stars, I would. You will eat up your entire day waiting for your appointment. I haven't waited less than 45 minutes past my appointment times and I have waited up to two hours past my appointment. To rub salt in a wound, the receptionist is nasty, and then the psychiatrists talk down to you and don't spend enough time addressing your concerns. Avoid at all costs and find someplace else to go.
