After teetering the thought of therapy for several years, I’m so glad I stumbled upon Jessica when searching for a therapist that would help in things I struggled with specifically. She is sooo knowledgeable in tools to overcome day to day anxiety / depression, as well as specialized in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) to help conquer past trauma. I’m so thankful for her and her talent. Aside from receiving genuine mental healthcare, the office space is comfortable and homey.
