I have been walking with Amy for about since 2007 and our partnership has changed my life for the better. Her office is like a welcoming friend’s home minus having a glass of wine. She has helped me live a happier, more meaningful life. I tend to do quarterly ‘check ins’ to ensure stable mental health. The environment is filled with tranquility and leave with a since of inner peace.
I had virtually the worst thing possible hapen to me, my 23 year old son died in an accident in Cambodia sixteen months ago. Amy helped me to understand I could get up and walk again. I learned to access my "strong" again on some days and she gave me the tools to bring myself together when I could not stop crying.
