They charged me for a missed appointment after my daughter had NO Telehealth link in her portal. She confirmed her appt that morning via text and yet no link in her portal. The portal says she has no appt at all so we immediately began calling. No answer, we left multiple voice-mails and still 4 days later have not received a return call but they charged me $87 for the missed appt. I just called again and again, no answer. They forced me to go through a tedious online-only intake process for new clients where I told them I was going through my EAP, they took a week to get back to me, requesting more and more information via email, and then let me know they aren’t taking new clients from my EAP.
