The absolute best and most supportive psychiatric appointment I have ever had. Everyone is so nice and Melissa is a life saver. There is no other way to explain the relief of being taken seriously and having someone actually want to help you.
I had a horrible experience with Life Connections Counseling. The therapist I was seeing seemed distracted and unprepared for our sessions. I felt like they didn’t care about my progress, and after a few sessions, I stopped going. Definitely not worth it.
They charged me for a missed appointment after my daughter had NO Telehealth link in her portal. She confirmed her appt that morning via text and yet no link in her portal. The portal says she has no appt at all so we immediately began calling. No answer, we left multiple voice-mails and still 4 days later have not received a return call but they charged me $87 for the missed appt. I just called again and again, no answer.
