This is an updated review. I left my original review (from four years ago, 5 stars back then, I might add) below this one so people can see how good a practice this used to be. One star because I can’t do zero. I started going to LifeConnections back in March for general therapy and psychiatric services. What I didn’t sign up for was the confusing locations, a therapist who is routinely 15+ minutes late, getting turned around, $150+ copays with insurance (that went up to almost $500 because it wasn’t communicated that my copay was $150), lack of communication, and my psychiatrist leaving the practice without any sort of communication so my half hour of driving there and the 30+ minute wait each tim... read more
The absolute best and most supportive psychiatric appointment I have ever had. Everyone is so nice and Melissa is a life saver. There is no other way to explain the relief of being taken seriously and having someone actually want to help you.
