I can’t say enough good things about this practice as a whole. Every one of the wonderful support staff members that work up front are the bomb. They are always so kind, helpful & understanding whenever I call with a request or question. It’s really convenient that the front desk also has a text line for communication available as well. I followed Melissa Spears! I have had the BEST experience here. The women and men who answer the phones, to intake, the nurses, EVERYONE is polite, kind and respectful. If Melissa leaves, I may have to stay so please don’t leave! Thank you for welcoming me and my baggage

I’ve been bringing my child who has autism to the social skills class. This is the best money I have ever spent on my child’s autism by a long shot. The women running this class are top notch and I’ve seen a lot of improvement our sons behavior and ability to handle various social setting and make / keep friendships. And it’s a great price. Highly recommend.

They make you fill out paperwork then tell you it’s not completed so you have to do it all again. They make you prepay if you refuse to give them a credit card to keep on file to charge at their discretion.

We had an appointment with Kim Deaton in November 2024 but my wife was very sick. I called the office and told them that we needed to cancel. I called back and asked them if we were going to be charged the missed appointment fee and I was told that they would email Kim and get back to me. They never did and it slipped my mind. I called back in January 2025 when I realized they had charged the fee to my credit card. I called and asked about it.
