My experience with Dr. Saxena has been truly exceptional. From the very beginning, he has shown genuine care, professionalism, and commitment towards my health and wellbeing. Doctor is very knowledgeable. Takes the time to answer questions and offer information. He does not rush you out the door either which is a nice change. They bulk bill and are rarely too busy!
This is not a busy practice with not many reviews. I had a poor experience. It didn't feel like it was a personable interaction. Dr does not engage well and dosnt make you feel important as he is too busy doing admin work during the consultation. Further I was given a poor diagnosis for a serious condition and poor information on how it was to be treated. The treatment information was not accurate. I do not require anymore recommendations.
Been coming to see Dr. Saxena for over 20 years now. He’s really good, wouldn’t go anywhere else
