This place is failing my wife we been trying to get her pain meds for weeks they keep giving us the run around she been without her medication for 4 days and 10 days for pain meds her Social worker doesn't do anything she says she going to do I am really disappointed in this service didn't want to leave a negative review but I don't know else to do

They are always caring and professional. My Mom would not be doing as well as she is without their knowledge and support. (and the office if Dr. Jacobs.) It's more like having extra family to help you.
