Had a family member stay here and it was terrible. Night staff doesn’t even check on you and quite literally saw one of the employees walk out of a room stretching like they just woke up from a nap. They don’t give you your meds unless you pester them. They don’t give you the food you ask for. Most of them have snarky attitudes and act like they don’t care about you or what you have to say. My mother came to this facility on July 24th, which was a Friday. She was admitted for skilled nursing care. The first night she was berated by a nurse for not knowing where the call button was. How do I know this? My mother called and accidentally left the phone on while this happened. After two weeks in this facility, she is being discharged today and I can finally leave this review without fear for her safety. 1. There is no real care on the weekends.
