Needed to pick-up meds for my dog they said just call before you come and we will leave them outside the front door. I arrived about seven minutes from calling them, no meds at door waited another ten minutes or so, no meds. So I went just side the front door wearing my mask, and the lady at the front desk went just nuts, yelling "you cannot be in here you were supposed to call," I told her I did. Kind staff and affordable care.
The staff at life care are amazing. I have been taking my dogs there for almost 10 years and even when I had to say goodbye to 2 of them, they were very considerate.
They are very thorough and extremely caring. Every time we’ve brought our dog to Life Care, they make sure to do everything necessary and make sure we are on board and know what they are doing. Our dog has been a happy patient for 5+ years.
After having a bad experience with another vet, I wanted to try and find a better place to take my babies. And I found it, you guys are amazing. Dr. McKenna was so patient and helpful with miss Pharah and answered all my questions. It's so nice to find a place who cares about my furbabies more than the money.
The staff and Dr. Helga were so supportive and understanding they took the time to hear my concerns and answer any questionsI had and even went over options with me for the care of my pet. I am so Thankful to Dr. Helga you ROCK! AND the staff was very nice they really put my mind at ease and Dr. Helga thank you for giving me options and at least trying one of trying to drain a mass on my pet I can not tell you how much we appreciate you and your listening and hearing my concerns for my pet. Life care is amazing. They go above and beyond every single time I bring my dog in. They often call to check on how my dog is doing when he’s sick and to make sure he’s getting better. I highly recommend Life Care and am grateful to have such fantastic and caring vets- both Dr Helga and Dr Larry.
Their staff is very friendly and they are good with your beloved pets. I will always take my pets here.
