I got a bill for $47 for a pregnancy test I was told I was not going to be charged for because I needed an xray. Almost $50 for a pregnancy test is outrageous. On top of the staff being incredibly rude to me. Loudly talking about how I was paying in cash in the hall way. If I could hear them in my room other patients could as well. Yes I was tight on money and needed medication for bronchitis and had to pay in cash. Idk why I was shamed for it and why they lied about having to pay for the test. They are so nasty there. The front desk people. I have been twice this week because I’m not feeling well and to be greeted so unkindly is unacceptable. I went to the same company in Severna Park and it was well worth the trip down Ritchie Hwy. i give them 5 stars!!! They are so kind and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome!!!!!
I scheduled an appointment @ 4 for a rapid COVID test and I'm still waiting after 1 1/2 hrs while others have entered after me and been seen. This is the most messed up system I have ever seen at the Parkville location. Also the receptionist is very nasty. Now I'm told the appointment doesn't mean anything. If I didn't need this test to work, I'd leave in a heartbeat.
I had to give this place one star but they don't deserve that at all they need to be negative five stars this place is a freaking joke the website says make an appointment why waiting line but they don't honor that time this is the biggest freaking joke of a place with unacceptable service I'm calling to have them investigated
Came in today with my boyfriend and cause I didn't say good morning back they got an attitude lol do they realize it's not a good anything to be here .
