I'm going to give 3/5 because I know this is a hard topic to be fair about and because my anxiety did improve while I was here. However, I brought a conflict of interest (my ex and I were seeing the same person) to my therapist's attention, and she said we could keep seeing each other, only to drop me with no notice over a year later when I was in the middle of a crisis. I was getting counseling here for about two years, and my therapist often seemed bored and/or dismissive.

The folx at Life Balance Counseling and Wellness do amazing work for our community! They are one of the most affirming, welcoming practices I have ever worked with, and I have received lots positive feedback from clients I have referred to them. They are trusted experts in the field, and I am proud to work so closely with them.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Marlo Torrelli - owner of Life Balance -for over 12 years and I can say, without a doubt, I have never met a more affirming and encouraging counselor. She truly cares for her clients she goes through great lengths to ensure those who are a part of the Life Balance team will provide that same care and service to their patients. I would highly recommend this practice.
