The set up was more detailed and stressful than I was expecting. My operator was nice but I was surprised how many rings it took before they connected me to a dispatcher. Hopefully because I was in test mode when I really need them it will be quicker. I can only hope.
I just wanted to thank Arlene for all the information she offered me on how a life alert would benefit my step daughter. She was so kind and never tried to sell me more than what we needed. She has a pleasant and happy personality and I enjoyed our visit. I now feel much better knowing my stepdaughter will be safe in her arc house. Thank you Arlene!
