I've been a LAF member since its opening and have loved it. The gym is spacious and clean with new, up-to-date equipment. LAF also boasts two well appointed bathrooms, one with a shower! 24 hour access and a kind and professional owner. LAF is what Brookside has needed. Well done.
What a great gym. Love that it's open 24/7. Everything is new, clean, and very organized. Alex has done a great job with this place. He has a vast knowledge of exercise/fitness and is always willing to help.
Brookside/Waldo/KCMO peeps: i've been holding out on you. The neighborhood gym you always wanted has chosen us! (i've been selfishly hoarding the space for nearly a month now.) But the leadership here keeps on slaying it with excellence, leaving me no choice but to rave: spotless facilities, fabulous customer service, true value (less than $50/mo).
