I've been at Life Adapted Fitness for 2 years now. I've bounced around at other gyms a lot not quite finding one that I was completely comfortable with. The hours here are great and I recommend this gym to all. Life Adapted Fitness proximity to my home is another convenience of the gym and I ESPECIALLY recommend this gym to everyone in the greater Brookside area.
I needed to get myself back in fitness gear. So I chose to find a small local low key gym where I can focus and start my journey back on getting my physique back. And well here comes along LAF.
