Great bedside manner, thoughtfully listens to and respects my concerns. I Really appreciate her efforts to ensure I receive comprehensive testing and a clear understanding of options. She has been working with her team above and beyond taking care of me from the initial acute care appointment, is a Plus that she speaks fluent Spanish as well. Excellent Doctor! I've only come to her twice for wellness exams. The first year I was happy with the appointment. This year December 2024, I left unhappy with how I felt I was treated. She was rapid-firing questions at me.. and not really allowing me to fully answer before asking the next question and it felt very very rushed. I felt like she was pushing things that I already told her I was not ready to do and that I would wait until next year. I was hopeful about having a good experience with this doctor but after my first appointment she took over 30 days to send in the request to my insurance for a follow up ct scan. I had to call the office and left a message to remind them I had requested this, magically the next day I got a call to schedule my appointment. When insurance rejected the facility for the scan the doctors office was so hard to get ahold of. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to help with my request until 4x weeks later.
