My children have seen Dr. Young for years. She's laid back, friendly and I like her experience as an ER doctor at Children's Hospital.
This doctor was demeaning and rude to me over an insurance website glitch. She made it clear, "We have to get paid!" And it really put me off seeing what her true priorities were: money.
Dr Young is a nice Dr, although seemingly a little fake. I don't have a lot of trust or faith in her as a dr as I feel she kinda just nods her head & agrees & tells you "yeah, whatever you feel you want to do" rather than being assertive & confident in her decisions as a dr should be & that I'm looking for when taking my kids in for a Drs opinion. But we can't transfer to a different dr within the office & she's nice enough for basic care type of stuff.
