DON’T EVER COME HERE! VERY UNETHICAL AND NOT TRUTHFUL. SUPPOSEDLY, PRICES STARTED ON DOOR ARE FOR SENIORS/OLD PEOPLE ONLY. FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS AND DOOR POSTINGS. I used to love coming here because of the prices and some of the staff (ie. Ana) here. However, my last trip here was last week and I am never coming back. I came here for brown highlights originally, and all the lady heard was highlights. I even showed her a picture, and she continued to insist that she would make me look like her (hairstylist's hair was BLONDE). First off, the ends are the same color (I have black hair btw), and the roots are YELLOW. You can see where the color divides black to yellow- no blending AT ALL. It was horrendous. DO NOT go here. It was a terrible experience here. My friend recommended me this salon so I came there to get my hair cut. I came in and the was one lady was available but she seemed like rushing to go somewhere so I told her I could wait but she invited me to sit down anyway. After that was like hell to me. She pulled my hair so hard even I told her several times that I’m hurt, she kept doing it. She even blamed me that my hair was dirty! She barely used scissor to cut my hair. I asked for wispy bangs but the style I got was different, I got fuller bangs instead. It doesn’t look bad, I think it’s cute actually. For 14 dollars, it’s great. The bangs I got were the perfect length and my hair stylist, Minh, styled it afterwards too. I went another time in the past as well and I find that if you want a more accurate haircut from Minh, you would want to request layers for long hair and if you want, curtain bangs.
