I’ve been getting my nails done regularly for years, and this was the first time I’ve ever been charged tax on a nail service, which immediately raised a red flag for me. First I must say the service is very good. Lien clearly cares about her clients wishes and ensuring that they are satisfied with their service. HOWEVER!! She does not allow for discussion when it comes to prices. It was very embarrassing and extremely awkward to see her yelling at a customer trying to inquire and get a better understanding about the price of her service. I really hate to give this place one star but I need to. Buckle in. I came into this shop and received a gel fill in. Lien (the owner) did an excellent job as I have been going to her quite a few times. However this time I was curious why the price of my fill in, repair (4 nails, unbroken) and a design was the same price as my cousin who recieved a completely new gel set and chrome.
