This firm being so huge, makes human beings irrelevant and with SO many lawyers they still can’t adhere to court guidelines, policies, and/or procedures. One secretary seemed unmoved during a call to one of their many locations for help to speak with lawyer(s) on the case. The woman suggested sending an email; which has and had been done. Emails are not followed through on and their particular clients have stepped over the threshold of representing the common person. They helped me they are pretty good at their job
I used these scammers and they never got in touch with updates, took credit for a lawyer who DID work and obtain documents, but died due to cancer. Then they charge you for YOU having to reach out to get updated with your case!! Don't use attorneys, go through DAV or other veterans resources. I wouldn't recommend them to tie my shoes!!!!
They wait till the last minute to file or appeal your claim to maximize their back pay. I would not suggest using them for any veteran. Check with your local VSO or another attorney but I wouldn't send a friend here. Also you only hear from them when they want to file a year old appeal and want to represent you and the staff changes over so frequently you never have a consistent name or point of contact to deal with. Not to mention they hit me with a $600 bill for a medical opinion they obtained on top of my VA back pay fees... read more
