They could not have been any nicer or efficient. Very polite, answered every question. I called them Friday afternoon and they came over shortly there after. Figured out what was wrong. Went back to the shop and installed a new well pump Friday evening so we would not have to go without water until Monday. 2 years ago we had a problem, they came right over, turned out it was the circuit box by the tank. You don’t truly appreciate running water until you wake up on a Sunday morning and hear nothing but gurgling coming from the faucet. After calling Liebau-Laun in desperation, Art immediately came to my home and diagnosed the problem. I woke up this morning (Saturday) and my water was out, I haven't had this issue before so I didn't really know where to begin other than call the number on my water pump tank. I was worried about the weekend situation, but this was all fixed by some trouble shooting on the phone they delivered a part and installed it for me within an hour. Highly recommend extremely helpful.

Had a great experience with this 4th generation company! Absolutely great people and great craftsmanship! Here within half hr. of calling, got quote. Luckily fit me in same day and problem solved! I will now recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of pluming done!

This place does great work, great service, I have used their service several times now, and would highly recommend anyone use their service as well. Thanks to Arthur we have running water again. Pretty rare these days to find a business that knows what they are doing and ACTUALLY care about satisfying the customer.
