Came to my house late, guy in the red truck sat in my driveway smoking a cigarette before coming in. Won’t recommend.
Our well pump went out on a Friday morning. Art and his son came over Friday afternoon to replace it. The pump was well over 50 years old! It was very stuck on there. But Art and his son got the job done the same day for us and did a great job replacing the pump and upgrading the pipe and rest of the system. We really appreciate your dedication to getting the job done the same day so we didn't have to go without water! Thank you!
They could not have been any nicer or efficient. Very polite, answered every question. I called them Friday afternoon and they came over shortly there after. Figured out what was wrong. Went back to the shop and installed a new well pump Friday evening so we would not have to go without water until Monday. 2 years ago we had a problem, they came right over, turned out it was the circuit box by the tank. You don’t truly appreciate running water until you wake up on a Sunday morning and hear nothing but gurgling coming from the faucet. After calling Liebau-Laun in desperation, Art immediately came to my home and diagnosed the problem. Despite being a Sunday, without hesitation, he offered to replace my well pump so our family could having running water by the end of the afternoon. I woke up this morning (Saturday) and my water was out, I haven't had this issue before so I didn't really know where to begin other than call the number on my water pump tank. I was worried about the weekend situation, but this was all fixed by some trouble shooting on the phone they delivered a part and installed it for me within an hour. Highly recommend extremely helpful.
