SCAM. I spent $100 on applications, yet what they do not tell you is that you are competing with all other applicates to see who get approval first. They never even ran my application nor called me. WASTE OF MONEY. SCAM
I called this company to show my family and I the property on *************************************************. My family and I had an appointment at 4:30pm 10/5/21 which about 10 different families showed up to view. ********* was the Agent in charge but he never introduced himself or appear professional. I only gave them one star so I could post a review. This company is terrible. They nickel and dime you to death and when it comes to repairs they are super cheap. Nothing gets done until you hire a lawyer. They rely on the owners to manage the rentals. If the owners were capable and were well versed in tenant/landlord and fair housing laws ,then they would not need a to hire a property management company. If I could give this place a zero star, I would! Manager Mike at Crescent Run Apartments in Buena Park is a low key racist. I was told by Mike that my boyfriends application to be added as an occupant was approved by the owner, only to find out 5 months later that I was going to be thrown out because his application wasn't processed nor approved and I was in violation of my lease for having someone living with me! 5 months?!
