I've always watched Lidia on TV, and her restaurant was on my bucket list. Husband took me this evening for my birthday. We didn't realize it was restaurant week, so it was very crowded and very noisy. But the food was so excellent. If you see beet arancini with goat cheese fonduta on the menu when you go, order it as a starter! And the porkchop was an inch thick and perfectly cooked! my husband ordered the three pastas, and wasn't especially impressed to be honest--it was just okay. Great service, truly professional and unobtrusive without being snobby.We had Saturday brunch, everything was prepared well with very large servings. Only thing I didn't care for was the panna cotta.Tiramisu was wonderful, the entrees, salads and breads very tasty!
Dinner and service were both excellent! Our server was so good with the kids in our party.
