Flowers were lovely. However... be aware that this business has a policy that they will not deliver to the recipient unless they have reached them by phone and guaranteed that they are available to receive the delivery. I did not know this and they did not take down my sender's name or phone number in case of issues. They had no way to call me back and my transaction was "in limbo" until I realized something was wrong which was embarrassing.
