I am leaving this review as a neighbour living next to a home that was deconstructed, and the new home is almost complete. I have lived near, and seen lots of construction over the years, and I have been so impressed with the Lida Homes site. The workers have always been quiet and respectful of noise and their language, and they are respectful of the local parking, which is tight. I have never seen a site so tidy - usually there are coffee cups or other garbage strewn about sites. Their site has been spotless the entire time... read more
