best eyecare experience i’ve had! they were able to accommodate for my mother-in-law without hiccups, everyone there was super friendly and helpful.
I was forced to do the retinal imaging with the bright flashing lights even though I denied it. I was not charged correctly after my visit. Overall, front desk staff very unorganized in the flow of having the patient there and checked in. Rushed visit all through out. However the seperate part of the store where you buy the glasses was a wonderful experience!
I went to the Natick Mall location. Appointment scheduling was easy online, Dr Ava Walsh was great. The whole team made the process quick and efficient. Got contacts and glasses same day thanks to being in LensCrafters as well
