My family and I are going on 3.5 days without power. I appreciate the crews working around the clock to restore power. However, the customer service I have experienced from those answering the phones are unacceptable. I understand a significant increase in call volume can be frustrating, however, that does not give anyone an excuse to be rude and disrespectful.
