RecommendedI have been w licking valley 29 years.Should I have a question and call the office I always receive courteous service.If power is going to be off for repairs you always let us know & I appreciate that.I have paid electric bills because they were in my name but belonged to others.Licking Valley was nice enough to let me make payments on those and not interfere w mine.Story short,thanks!!

We have got electrical phones , so far I have been able to contact outages on my cell phones. Calls are answered promptly and they get my location to see if our outage is a new failure in service.
They are fast to get electric back on after a storm and treat a person so nice when you call or visit their office
Great job in terrible conditions.
