Thank you Barry, Dean, and Pete. I list them alphabetically to avoid favoritism. Today, they completed the work resolving the AC water leak by replacing the drain pan and more. Of course I wish it could have been completed sooner, but they got the part last night and completed the work by early afternoon. The work etc had to be approved through AHS warranty insurance which added to the delays. It feels good to have a cool home without dripping water.

I recently had to get my AC condenser and air handler replaced through my home warranty company and Licensed to Chill was selected for the installation. Dean kept me updated during the whole process and was in constant contact with the warranty company to ensure they sped up the process and deliver the system as quickly as possible.
