Was sent this Company by America Home Shield. If I could leave Zero stars I would. After having them come out and replace my entire A/c unit with a bigger unit than we originally had, it now cools worse than the previous one they removed. (The old one was not able to cool the house down in the day). Reached back out to the owner Dean, explain you can feel all the cold air coming out in the a/c room. Excellent customer service with this Air Conditioning contractor!! The original contractor from AHS had terrible service. This contractor was very responsive! I would highly recommend using them and if you are American Homeshield Customer or if you need AC work done.

WORST SERVICE , IVE HAD A CLAIM OPEN FOR WEEKS AND REFUSES TO GIVE ME A REPORT TO CLOSE MY INSURANCE CLAIM !!

LESS THAN ZERO STARS- Technician Pete was new and couldn’t do anything, I had to instruct him on how to open AC unit. His supervisor was a horribly rotten human I wouldn’t recommend to absolutely anyone. American Home Shield should be ashamed to use such an unprofessional company to represent their services. This was single handedly the worst service I have ever received in my home in over 30 years! BEWARE OF LICENSED TO CHILL MECHANICAL INC! You will regret it for sure!
