Reached out to Alana in a panic as mothers do when they find lice on their kids. She got us in same day and was through, patient, and kind. She took time to educate us on what to focus on for the few days after treatment. We left with peace of mind, and a massive appreciation for her work! Highly recommend!

The lice ninja did a great job on my 4 year old and my hair. It was such a relief she could fit us in. Also a really lovely and entertaining person! She put the fun back into lice.

Alana was a great resource to have in such a stressful time. She was quick to communicate and come to our house late in the evening to avoid school and work disruption. We were lucky and didn't have any lice, but she put me at ease and was well worth it to have her check. Thank you a million times over!

I wish I could do 100 stars!! I found nits while I was blow drying my sons waist length hair and cutting his hair was not up for discussion. It was 5:45PM and I was very concerned with the idea of my son needing to wait over night for a treatment. Alana was pretty busy for the rest of the evening but still made time to come later (8:40PM!!) and work on my sons hair.
