They really do answer 24 hours a day. I called at 10pm and by 9:30 am they were in my home. Very professional, effective and super kind. Highly recommend. Pricing is very reasonable. I can’t thank them enough.

Tracy was absolutely amazing! I hired her to check my family for lice, and from the start she was responsive, professional, and incredibly kind. She came on a Sunday (which was such a relief) and took the time to thoroughly check each of us while educating us about lice and prevention. She was especially wonderful with my kids—patient, gentle, and made them feel completely at ease. I truly can’t say enough good things about her.
