Princess was excellent. She treated our little ones with care and compassion. She knew we were traveling far and was able to squeeze an extra and much needed appointment in. I would recommend her to anyone.
Following a recent lice scare, Princess was incredible to our entire family with her time, patience, and sense of humor. From brushing each of us out to treating us to giving us follow up instructions, we could not be happier with the outcome. This was our first experience with my daughter having lice. Both technicians, at the White Plains site, Princess and Leonie educated and treated our daughter and both my wife and I. They were very highly professional and gentle throughout the entire process. They provided us with instructions and long-term treatment plans. We will definitely recommend this to anyone who even thinks that they were exposed to lice. If possible, when calling for scheduling, try to see if you could be assigned to either princess or Leonie.
