This was a great experience around a stressful situation. Kind, thorough, informative. My kiddo said he actually “enjoyed” because she explained everything and checked to see how he was doing!
LCP was absolutely amazing. I was terrified as we had never experienced lice before. They were very helpful and the office is cute and very clean as well. They even have a lice stuffy that makes you laugh and feel better about experiencing this issue. She took our household on short notice and was very knowledgeable and even gave tips on how to prevent bringing it home in the future. After having a terrible experience with Lice Doctors who had us sleeping with our heads drenched in olive oil, we came here and it was such a relief. Very professional and relaxing environment.
Found lice on my daughter’s head late on a Thursday. Immediately googled live clinics and filled out an inquiry form online. Sharon texted me first thing in the morning and was able to fit us in same day that afternoon at another location. Our technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and was to give me tips and prepare me to treat at home in necessary. I wound up requiring treatment as well and it couldn’t have been an easier process. Even better that they accepted our HSA card!
