Informative, kind, and gentle, the staff made what could have been horrible a nice experience.

This clinic and its staff are truly top of the line! Everyone is so sweet, thorough, and supportive, especially Lucy, the manager and the lovely woman who helped me with my hair. For my own sake I hope I will never have to deal with this again, but if I did, I would come back here!
Lucy and Geovana and Joanna were so wonderful! First time my first kid had lice and I was in a full blown panic. This felt like coming to a spa, and they were so wonderful with me, my husband, and 3 YO. (Literally my husband said the heat treatment was the most relaxed he’s been in weeks - obviously that’s a separate issue lol). We all walked in at 12 PM and walked out at 130 PM lice-free and so much more calm. So grateful that I now have a go to lice place!
We recently visited Lice Clinics of America in Falls Church, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. What could have been a really stressful and uncomfortable situation for our family was made surprisingly calm and comforting, thanks to the incredible team there.
