Your website and AI model needs a lot of work. Could not make a reservation online and I made my reservation using your AI. Never got a confirmation text and never got the form texted to me. Grayson at your location was great. Your location in Addison is also extremely hard to impossible to find

Grayson and Joi were AMAZING. We came in frustrated but left calm, they took care of everything! The treatment takes about an hour and is low key relaxing. You leave LICE FREE. The additional items for sale are also reasonably priced.
Jake did great with my daughter and was very friendly.
