I just want to warn people. Never rent anything from Licandro leasing. We did and it was a terrible mistake. We were looking for our first place. Jamey seemed nice so we took a chance on it. As soon as we moved in there were problems. Whenever something broke they never fixed it. We had no control over the heating and it was always cranked up to the highest setting. The worst company I’ve ever rented from. Maintenance is almost never done and if it is it’s weeks later. When problems are brought to management they are rude and deny responsibility. Sarah, the property manager, and Jamey both blocked my number for calling them to simply follow up about the maintenance request’s I put in that weren’t being addressed.
