Unprofessional and disrespectful salesmen
Lica did a wonderful job installing the hardwood floors on our second floor and also the garage steps. They were fast and efficient, finishing the 1300 sq ft flooring in an incredible one day. They were a professional service, and we are very happy. We will definitely recommend!
I am going to get my house floors done this week. I will update or modify review based on inspecting complete of installation.
The initial job on the floors looked great and they told me they offered a 1 yr warranty. Once floors settled you could clearly see that some of the items that they stated would naturally settle did not. I reached out to Lica to correct concerns with uneven coat finish, glue coming apart on transitions strips, and gaps/waves where wood fill was placed throughout flooring.
