Slow and overpriced I had heard 2 good recommendations but unfortunately didn't have a good experience. They had my car for 12 days and the bill for 2 axle bearings, a seal and a gasket was over $950 for my rear end. I was expecting a day or 2 wait and a cost at about 1/3rd of that. I don't normally write negative reviews but was so dissatisfied that I felt compelled to advise others of my disappointment with Libsen.
Tried, tried and always same results. Been going to Libson for a while because they are close to my shop, but the more and more I try its just becoming less and less worth it. They quoted me $200-300 for a driveshaft and said "should be closer to $200". Well, when I picked it up it was $315. Expect to hear excuses about why the timeline they gave is not possible any more. (i.e. "it was a Jewish holiday today so he is off". Or the next day, "a family emergency and no one can work on it". This is after my shop purchased a rebu... read more
