Bought a pair of tires for my quad. One was smashed so bad it could not be mounted successfully. took three trips to a tire store (90 miles total) to get it on the rim. Libra service representative actually laughed at my complaint and refused to replace or return the tire. For what i spent in the three trips and what I paid the tire store, I could of went to a local dealer and bought name brand tires cheaper. Beware they do not accept returns.

Bought a libra power tongue jack for our travel trailer on may 30th 2021, took a shit on october 5th!, contacted this useless company three times, never once received a response! Hell of a company your running! Shame on you!💩💩💩

I ordered 7.50 x 16 10 ply trailer tires and what they sent was 225 90D x 16...NOT WHAT I ORDERED! I returned them only to find that they had charged me 20% restocking fee for their mistake! Of course they tried to tell me that 225 90D X 16 is exactly the same as 7.50 x 16...it is not an exact match! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Ordered drum and brakes sent drums no brakes called they said warehouse must of made error and they would send them out but I was going on a trip this week end now I can't as they won't overnight the missing parts not their policy they say and it will take 5 days to get the right parts hopefully. Don't buy from these people service is terrible
