Contacted Liberty to do an estimate on townhouse roof replacement. Manager Roger showed up, gave me a booklet, took measurements of my roof & then asked me what color contractor shingles I desired. He then proceeded to speak very rapidly on various aspects of his business (how long business has been in existence, product type, how long it would take to start & complete job, etc.) Then he wrote on a note pad 2 prices 1-yr cost $7735 and then 25% off cost $5800. Liberty did a fabulous job installing new windows and a sliding glass door in my home. I dealt with several employees, all of whom provided great service. Roger provided the initial estimate. I was impressed with his professionalism, length of time for the estimate, and answers to my questions. One of the things I liked most about the initial visit is that Roger did not spend a lot of time telling me how amazing his company is. Several other companies spent an hour or more on that.
