This is an amazing building!! I love that it is so trendy and that there is a farmers market close by!!
Residents in this complex are in the process of trying to shut down live music in a public park that directly fronts the apartments. At the time these apartments were constructed, proximity to "5 live music venues" was cited as a selling point on local billboards. What happened to being a proud part of downtown? As a resident in Old North Durham, I'm disappointed to see this from our new neighbors in Liberty Warehouse.
The leasing office at Liberty Warehouse is beyond excellent. From the moment I inquired about an apartment they were always responsive, helpful, and welcoming. My plans to move to Durham changed before my lease began and the team worked on my behalf to make sure everything worked out for both parties. Special thanks to Gerry for being so great throughout the whole process, he is so wonderful. I'm sad I won't be able to live here as planned, but if I ever move to Durham I'll certainly be living at Liberty Warehouse. Thank you... read more
