This place is A total JOKE . Let’s not say hidden fees . They will charge you for stuff that’s not correct the REGIONAL tells you you can call the owner she does not care . Nobody knows what’s going on beside that girl Roxana ( who’s now leaving ) & Sommer . Brett is a nice guy but is full of excuses and no result . Tbh this place has no idea of costumer service . Is new staff every month . Run don’t waste your money .

Great new staff with honorable mentions to the people that really try to make this a better place. 1. This is the worst slumlord apartment I’ve ever lived in my apartment completely flooded with sewage. They kept my deposit. They made me pay for an extra month of rent and would not break my lease. Do not move here. This place is a health hazard and they are slumlord who rip you off
