We purchased a washer here a month or so ago and are very pleased with it. It works exceptionally well and being that the tub was cleaned our clothes smell nice and fresh again. They took all the time and answered all our questions without being pushy like we were a bother, and gave a fair deal on the trade in. My wife couldn't be happier with the machine. If we ever need a dryer it's the first place we will go.
This is an amazing service for any and all washer and dryers. The sanition process makes the machine like brand new.
Great customer service does exactly what he say he is going to do. Called with the estimate and had it fixed within 24hours. Will go back if any problems happens again. May buy a washer and dryer from him when mine are done. I will recommend everyone I know to him before the spend the money to buy a new unit. Thanks Wayne for the great work and honesty.
I cannot say enough good things about Liberty Used Appliances. The washer and dryer I bought are in perfect working order and were completely sterilized. Wayne delivered them on time and did a very careful installation. He checked the vent and water temperature and did several tests before leaving. Michael, his technician, had done a beautiful job getting the machines in perfect order. For the washer dryer, delivery and installation I only paid $450. What a bargain! I give Liberty Used Appliances 5 Stars, I had someone tell me it was going to cost over $200 to fix my washer. I took it to L.U.A. & it only cost me $69 including the part. It was repaired in 1 day & they even cleaned it up very nicely. They will get all my business in the future. I told Mike what the perious repair guy said and L.U.A. could had charged me a lot more, but they did not not. It is nice to find an honest business for a change. Love them, I am already spreading the word. Vernon & Mike are the BEST!!
I purchased a washer dryer set about 5 months ago. I still love it! I really appreciate how clean and fresh the used machine was. He was even thoughtful enough to ask where the dryer would be sitting and switched the door around so it was ready to go. He also included the hoses and cords. We will be back when we need any appliances. Great customer service. Thank you!
